USA Farm Training

If, you have at least some farm work experience on farm equipment you may apply for the USA-FARM-TRAINING™ program. The duration of this program is one week and in this week you will dive into many aspects of farming similar to what you may experience, working abroad as USA Farm labor. You will sleep at the farm near Klerksdorp, South Africa and this will be your home for the duration of the training.
During this time you will be made (more) familiar with the GPS systems and equipment American farmers typically use. The training includes many aspects of farming including the maintenance and repair of farm Equipment, as well as operating various Tractors, Sprayers, Combines and irrigation systems for example. Make no mistake, you will also be evaluated on how well you can dig holes and work on fencing for example.
At the end of the program you will receive a certificate and a rating which will determine how well you did during the training program.
With this certificate and evaluation in your hands your chances of being approved on a USA Farm work contract will improve, however like many things in life there are no guarantees and there is little substitute for work experience.
